Meatballs are the most versatile use of the ground meats, in my humble opinion. Meatballs come in about a billion different varieties, they freeze well, you can put sauce on them…what’s not to love? The only potential downfall is most include some kind of bread product as the binder. Not so great for those cutting carbs or who need to be gluten-free.
